Is a Waiver Required? / Who can sign it?
For minors, a parent/legal guardian must sign the waiver. This does not include immediate family such as older siblings, aunts and uncles, or grandparents. If the guest is over 18 years old, he/she can sign the waiver for themselves. A waver is required for all participants of all ages. Your secure fun is our top priority.
What are your business hours?

What does a Treetop Adventure Ticket include?
All ticket purchases provide admission to park, picnic areas, and selected adventure.
Do you offer discounts?
Without a doubt! Make your Treetop Adventure better by taking advantage of our group rates (10+ people)! We also provide Military and Student Discounts.
Do I need to purchase my ticket online?
We accept walk-ins, but we highly reccomend choosing your adventure date and purchasing your ticket online to avoid extended wait times.
Is there a parking fee?
Never in our dreams.
What type of clothing should I wear?
Appropriate footwear and clothing is required: No open-toed shoes; no slip-on shoes; no loose baggy clothing or shirts wrapped around the waist; long hair must be tied back; and, we strongly recommend no jewelry – especially necklaces or loose bracelets which could get caught in equipment.
Is there a weight limit?
Youth Course Requirements: Must be 5yrs+ of age - Minimum vertical reach of 46" when standing flat footed - maximum height is 60" - Maximum weight 185lbs (including equipment).
Is there a height requirement?
Children on these courses have to be able to reach the tips of their fingers to a height of 4’7″ (140cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground.

How long does it take to complete a course?
All of our adventures estimate 1.5-2 Hours to complete.
What is the refund policy?
We do not currently have a refund policy for individual ticket purchases.
Group Rescheduling/Cancellation
Groups of 10 or more persons can reschedule or cancel their adventure up to 48 hours in advance.
Do Kids Need Supervision
If the child (5+ years old) is on the youth course, direct supervision is required. If the child (10-15 years old), is on the adult challenge course indirect supervision is required.
Can my whole family participate?
Yes and no. We have courses available for all ages, though to adventure together on the same course, everyone must be eligible for the Adult Challenge Course.
Can we spend the day at Treetop Adventures?
Yes, if tickets for the course are purchased for that day, we encourage people to spend the day here. Guests have access to the lake (swim at your own risk) and picnic areas.
